Shipping policy

1. Production Time

Most Crestring pieces are made-to-order.

Production typically requires:

7–14 business days

During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production times may extend slightly. We prioritize craftsmanship and detail over speed.

Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

After shipment, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, and local postal services.

Crestring is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen external factors.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Crestring.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure timely receipt of the package.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempt

  • Unclaimed package

The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Crestring is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a carrier investigation.

We recommend shipping to secure addresses.


7. Shipping Insurance

We may include insurance on select shipments at our discretion.

Customers returning items or submitting warranty claims are responsible for shipping insurance on outbound shipments to Crestring.


8. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties

  • VAT or local taxes

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Crestring cannot mark packages as gifts or alter declared values.
