Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Custom & Personalized Items (Important)

Most Crestring pieces are custom-made and personalized, including:

✅ Custom crest rings

✅ Engraved jewelry

✅ Personalized signets

✅ Made-to-order designs

Due to their personalized nature:

Custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing, spelling, crest details, and customization selections before confirming their order.


2. Non-Custom (Ready-to-Ship) Items

If you purchased a non-custom, non-personalized item, you may request a return within:

14 days of delivery

To be eligible:

✅ Item must be unused and in original condition

✅ Must be returned in original packaging

✅ Must include proof of purchase


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

✅ Incorrect size (if resizing is possible for the design)

✅ Different size request for non-custom items (subject to availability)

✅ Approved defect claims

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Custom engraved or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless there is a production error.


4. Manufacturing Defects

If your item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at:

Subject: Defect Claim – Order #XXXX

Include:

✅ Order number

✅ Clear photos or short video of the issue

✅ Brief description of the problem

If approved, we will repair or replace the item according to our Lifetime Warranty Policy.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

✅ All return shipping costs

✅ Ensuring the item is shipped with tracking and insurance

Crestring is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

✅ Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

✅ Refunds are issued to the original payment method

✅ Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

✅ Custom or personalized jewelry

✅ Engraved items

✅ Resized rings (after resizing service completed)

✅ Gift cards

✅ Final sale items


8. Order Cancellations

Because many Crestring pieces are made-to-order:

✅ Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

✅ After production begins, orders cannot be canceled

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address:

✅ Reshipping fees will apply

✅ Original shipping fees are non-refundable


10. International Orders

For international returns:

✅ Customer is responsible for shipping, customs duties, and any import/export fees

✅ Original customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
